Refund policy

We have a 120-day return policy, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return, perfect for gifting!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Earrings are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons but partial refunds will be given for jewellery bought in sets. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At Nudie Jewellery, we put skin first. Every piece is certified hypoallergenic using Birmingham Assay Office’s AnchorCert Pro method. We know not everyone is aware of which metals may trigger a reaction, so while we hope Nudie Jewellery works beautifully for you, we also operate a no-questions-asked No Irritation or Your Money Back Guarantee.

If you experience skin irritation when wearing your Nudie Jewellery, we’ll happily offer a full refund, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

  • This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from Nudie Jewellery (via our website, verified event stand, or authorised stockist).

  • The guarantee covers skin irritation that develops as a direct result of wearing the item, provided the item was used as intended.

  • The affected area must not have been previously irritated, broken, or inflamed prior to wearing the jewellery.

  • Each item is eligible for one claim only.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Irritation or reaction on skin areas that were already actively damaged or experiencing an existing condition.

  • Improper care or misuse, including exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning agents, or modification of the jewellery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pierced jewellery such as earrings cannot be accepted for return. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item especially when quantities are low.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
