Nudie Jewellery was created by someone who has lived with sensitive skin for years. Like many, I struggled to navigate through life due to my flare ups from everything, least of all jewellery. I’d buy something beautiful, only to take it off hours later with red marks left behind.

So when I started Nudie, I made a promise: every single piece would be skin-first — not just in theory, but in testing, materials, and purpose. That’s why our jewellery is:

Why We’ve Partnered with the British Skin Foundation

The British Skin Foundation (BSF) is the only UK charity dedicated to funding research into all types of skin disease, including eczema, acne, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer. They’ve funded over 400 research projects and are actively working with NHS dermatology teams and universities to find better treatments and, ultimately, cures.

More than 60% of people in the UK will experience a skin condition at some point in their lives. And while many are visible, misunderstood, or stigmatised, others go unnoticed — quietly impacting confidence, mental health, and quality of life.
